Admission is open to qualified students of all Christian backgrounds who profess faith in Jesus Christ and show Christian character and a desire to follow God's will. The academic year begins in the first week of June.

Who can apply
Applicants are evaluated on their recommendations, statement of faith, moral character, integrity and academic record.
Diploma in Theology
- 10th grade (SSC or equivalent)
- Basic English reading and writing
- Entrance interview with faculty or administration
Bachelor of Theology
- 12th grade (Intermediate / +2 or equivalent)
- English reading, writing and speaking
- Entrance exam and interview
Master of Divinity
- A bachelor's degree from a recognised university (B.Th. preferred, not required)
- English proficiency for coursework and research
- Entrance exam and faculty interview
Students who do not meet undergraduate requirements may petition for a Certificate program.

An autobiography of at least 200 words: your testimony of salvation, and about your home, family, work and church.

One from your local church pastor and one from an elder in your community, sent directly to the college office.

What to bring on admission day
Students who attend agree to follow the college's standards of conduct. Attendance is a privilege that depends on keeping them.
- Completed application
- Personal testimony (200 words)
- Signed philosophies and doctrinal statement
- Student information update sheet
- Medical questionnaire (for emergencies)
- Recommendation letters from your pastor and a community elder
- Financial information and scholarship form, if applicable
- One original certificate (10th, Inter or degree)
- Photocopy of a government ID (Aadhaar, driving licence or voter ID)
- 5 passport-size photos

Pay the full year before the first semester begins. A discount may apply; ask the Finance Office.
Pay each semester's fees in full before that semester begins.
Official documents are issued only when all fees are settled. Students staying on campus over Christmas or summer pay extra residence fees.

Help with the cost of study
15% off tuition
For single, full-time students under 25 with at least one parent in full-time Christian service of like faith with ABC and IBM. Keep a CGPA of 5.0.
Partial tuition reduction
For students who reach a CGPA of 8.0 (Grade A) or above in any semester, applied to the following semester.
Partial tuition support
Write to the Finance Office with supporting documents. The Finance Committee decides the award.
Sponsorship
Churches, mission organisations and donors sponsor students in full-time training. Ask the Finance Office about arrangements.

Application, registration and library fees and hostel deposits are non-refundable. Students who withdraw after the 4th week, or are dismissed, remain liable for fees as set out in the catalog.
Transfer students · బదిలీ
Transferring credits
- Credits from ATA-accredited or other recognised institutions may be transferred.
- Only courses graded P (40%) or above are eligible.
- Up to 50% of an ABC degree's credits may be transferred.
- The final 30 credits must be completed in residence at ABC.
- Send an official transcript and course syllabi to the Registrar for evaluation.
