Refund and cancellation policy
When fees can be refunded if you cancel an application or withdraw from a program.
Non-refundable fees
The following are not refundable under any circumstances: the application fee (Rs. 500), the admission or registration fee, the library fee and hostel deposits.
Tuition refunds after withdrawal
Students who officially withdraw from the college receive a pro-rated refund of the semester's tuition fee, based on the week of withdrawal:
| Week of withdrawal | Tuition refund |
|---|---|
| 1st week of semester | 80% |
| 2nd week | 60% |
| 3rd week | 40% |
| 4th week | 20% |
| After the 4th week | No refund |
Students who withdraw after the 4th week remain liable for the full semester's fees. Students dismissed for disciplinary reasons remain liable for the full fees for the academic year.
Online modules
The same schedule applies to online program fees, counted from the start date of the module or semester you enrolled in.
How to request a refund
Send a written withdrawal request to the college office (andhrabiblecollege@gmail.com) with your name, program and payment reference. The date we receive your request is the date of withdrawal.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds of online payments are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7–10 working days of approval. Refunds of payments made by cash or bank transfer are paid by bank transfer to the student or the person who paid.
Cancellations by the college
If ABC cancels a program or module before it begins, all fees paid for it are refunded in full, including the application fee.
